WHY I RIDE

I ride because I have a very strong passion for cancer research and cycling, so Pedal the Cause is the perfect organization for me to devote my time to and support. Cancer is all around us and impacts individuals and their loved ones in a profound way. Unfortunately, it's here to stay, but fortunately, technology and advancements in medicine have made it easier to live with, and in some cases entirely eradicate from a patient. These advancements in technology are more important now than ever and I firmly believe in funding the men and women who have devoted their lives to searching for ways to treat and cure cancer. We've all been impacted by cancer in some way and it's important we fight back! This event is by far my favorite and it proves to be an inspiration every year on ride weekend!
