WHY I RIDE

I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's top cycling event. It's a way of life, a celebration, and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.

I ride in memory of my grand parents and my wife's aunts who died from cancer.
I ride with hope as my father is a prostate cancer survivor.
I ride in memory of Phil Born, a dear friend, in whose name we ride
Finally, this year I was diagnosed with cancer. Thanks to efforts such as this, I will beat it
I ride in hope of a world without cancer.
