WHY I RIDE

Most everyone has been touched by cancer in some manner and my involvement with Pedal the Cause, both as a 5 year board member and 10 year rider, is my way of helping in the battle. I do this in honor of my wife, father, brother, uncle and friends who are cancer survivors, in support of friends and co-workers fighting to be cancer-free, and in memory of those who succumbed to this dreadful disease.

For 2023, I have once again committed to be a Yellow Jersey fundraiser and raise a minimum of $2,500. I will be riding the Pedal Pacer with two of my kids, Kate and Will, on Sunday. Thank you to all of my friends and family who have generously supported my fundraising efforts in the past. I'm hopeful you will consider supporting me again this year!

As you know, it takes world-class research to create a world without cancer. By supporting Pedal the Cause, you can be confident in knowing that 100% of your donations will go directly to accelerating cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital.
