WHY I RIDE

I am joining the fight against cancer by participating in the tenth-annual Pedal the Cause bike challenge. I am riding to honor my friend, confidant, and sister Ellen (team Ellen)who we lost in March of 2014 year to cancer. She was a tower of Grace and Dignity through her whole ordeal! Before she died she asked me if I would continue to raise money for cancer research so that maybe, someday, someone else wouldn't have to go through what she endured, I still remember her words .I am again joining Team Ellen in Pedal the Cause and ride 50 miles.

I am dedicating my ride this year to my great friend and brother Greg H who is courageously battling multiple myeloma.

Please help me in this journey to find a cure by donating to my ride. I have committed to raise $5000 for cancer research and 100% of your donation will go to directly to this cause.

I plan to ride 50 miles on September 25th and I hope you will join me in this grass-roots effort to advance research and find a cure.
