WHY I RIDE

Hey there! Thanks so much for taking a look at my profile! Hopefully what I will say will encourage you to support this effort. I am joining the fight against cancer by participating in the tenth annual Pedal the Cause bike challenge. Pedal the Cause has the mission to provide funding for cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital through their annual cycling challenge in hopes that the research funded by their event will ultimately lead to a cure for cancer. Please help me in this journey to find a cure by donating to my ride. I have committed to raise $2500 for cancer research and 100% of your donation will go to directly to this. I am riding in honor of Harper Grace, Teri, and Mike Bentheimer; and in memory of Jon Lane.my husband, Cliff, and in honor of my amazing patients with hope for a cure! I carry with me the memory of some wonderful people who lost their brave battle this past year. This is my thirteenth year riding with Powered By Hope and I am so humbled to say we are powered by hope, courage, and faith. I plan to ride 30 miles in September and I hope you will join me in this grass-roots effort to advance research and find a cure.
