WHY I RIDE

Ever since college, I've been involved in fundraising and volunteering in cancer research. Back in 2015, when I got my first start in raising money and awareness for cancer research, it was for pediatric cancers through PUDM. Being involved in PUDM at Purdue showed me firsthand how crucial and impactful the funds we raised were. Not only that, but I made some of my most impactful memories and lifelong friends through PUDM, where I stayed involved in various different member and leadership roles. I'm excited to take everything I gained from PUDM and start now with Pedal the Cause.

Pedal the Cause is another way I've found, through my incredible work family at McCarthy, to stay involved in helping impact the future of cancer research for anyone and everyone who's ever been impacted by cancer. I've set a goal of raising $375, to start out with, for PTC, but we don't have to stop there! All of these efforts will cummulate on September 24th, when I take to the streets of St. Louis and ride 30 miles with some of the best coworkers you could have to raise awareness for cancer research!

If you feel so inclined, I'd love your help and motivation reaching the beginning goal I've set of $375. Whether it's $5 or $100, anything and everything helps and I can't wait to share pictures with you and the rest of our donors on event day.
