WHY I RIDE

It's an honor to be part of the Pedal the Cause team and this extraordinary community. Each day, the dollars raised by Pedal the Cause are put to inspiring use through the research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital. Pedal the Cause is the St. Louis region's largest cancer research fundraiser - 100% of every dollar raised goes directly to fund life-saving cancer research.

Like you, I have friends, family members, and many loved ones who have fought. Please donate to support the fight for our friends and family members who, I'm grateful, are still with us and honor those lost to this terrible disease.

Siteman Cancer Center was named a Top 10 Cancer Centers in the U.S. It takes world-class research to create a world without cancer. I know the research happening in St. Louis is leading to groundbreaking interventions in cancer treatment. Treatments have helped many of our friends and family members kick cancer's ass, while other therapies have extended and improved their quality of life.

The Pedal the Cause community is an inspiring and caring blend of humans - researchers, participants, volunteers, donors, and staff, with their superpowers combined, form the Pedal Family! I am proud to work alongside this team, this group, and this family to help build a world without cancer.
