WHY I RIDE

I am proud to join Pedal the Cause in the fight against cancer. Pedal the Cause is more than the region's largest cancer fundraiser. It's a way of life, a celebration, a family and a movement fueled by the courage to end cancer.

After surviving my cancer scare in 2020, I decided I needed to help everybody else who is currently fighting cancer. Right after I finished my chemo and radiation treatments in 2020, my entire family participated in that year's PTC ride. Their love and support spurred me to ride after regaining my health. My son Kevin and I began riding in 2021 and we are riding again this year; and hopefully for many more years to come. As a result of your generosity, Pedal the Cause is able to help fund cancer research and assist the many medical teams, like mine, who are treating scores of cancer patients fighting for their lives!!
