WHY I RIDE

I am riding in Pedal the Cause to honor of the many brave leukemia and lymphoma patients that I have known and cared for over the past 20 years. Some have lost their fight, some have won, and some are still in midst of chemotherapy or stem cell transplant. For their sake, and for the sake of future cancer patients, we need to find better treatments for these life-threatening diseases. Cancer research is the key to that goal.

Pedal the Cause has the mission to provide funding for cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital through their annual cycling challenge with the hope that the research funded by their event will ultimately lead to a cure for cancer. 100% of your donation will go to directly to this cause.
